How Do you change Cases Form Created On Date??? RRS feed

    We are using CRM cases to log support calls for clients. We want the ability to change the created on date for cases. I have customised the form so that it displays the created on date but it isnt editable.


    Is there anyway we can allow users to change the date or edit this date.


    We would also like to in-turn know how to change the case resolution date.


    Any information on how to do this would be much appreciated!

  • Users cannot change the createdon date field. Your alternative is to create a new date field and use that instead.


    As to the case resolution date; there isn't a specific case resolution date field, rather the modifiedon field is used, which again users cannot change, so again you'd need to create a new date field for this
