Windows 7 Home Premium SP 1, Build 7601 Not Genuine

Question
-
Hi,
My computer recently crashed and upon restarting I received an error message stating that my copy of Windows 7 is not genuine. I have the product key and confirmed that it is valid; however, it has been blocked for some reason. I contact HP (the manufacturer and installer of Windows 7) on my computer and they wanted me to purchase a new version of Windows 7. I'm assuming that there is an easier solution than buying a whole new version of windows. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Diagnostic tool report below:

The highlighted error message is the source of your problem - unfortunately it's not a very precise indicator, so it could take some time to identify properly. Please run the following command from an Elevated Command Prompt window(1)Copy and paste set of commands below into the window – once completed, hit the Enter Key to ensure that the last command has run (2)REG QUERY HKUREG QUERY HKU\S-1-5-20REG QUERY HKU\S-1-5-20\EnvironmentREG QUERY "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\S-1-5-20"Copy the whole output to your response(3) ;)1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the CP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Windows, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.
