Outlook 2007 pst file infected with Exploit.lframe.Vulnerabilty - need to remove threat & recover it safely

Rogers Online Protection has quarantined an Outlook 2007 pst file an identified that it is infected with an Exploit.lframe.Vulnerability. The machine is a Toshiba Satellite laptop running Windows XP Home Edition, version 2002, SP3. Please help me find the best place to ask for advise on how to remove the threat and recover the file safely.
