  • Hi Scott,

From other posts in this forum, it appears that this may be an activation issue. Please try the following:

    1. Right click on your "My Computer" / "Computer" icon and select properties.
    2. Scroll down and the last header, which should be "Windows activation".
    3. If Windows has not yet been activated, do so now.
    4. Try redeeming the offer again.

If this does not resolve the issue, please open a support incident at https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860, then post the incident number here and I will contact you directly.

    Thank you,

    Jenifer

  • In order to be eligible for the Bonus Pack, you must purchase a new computer from a select list of system builders that install an OEM version of Windows Vista.  Unfortunately, you do not qualify since you purchased a retail version of Windows Vista Ultimate edition and apparently installed it yourself on a computer you already own.  Please review the following:

How can I tell if the copy of Microsoft Windows that was installed on my computer is eligible for the BONUS PACK offer?: http://www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible/

  • Hi Carey,

As did others on this board (http://forums.microsoft.com/Genuine/Search/search.aspx?lcid=1033&words=CyberPower&idx=1&pgsize=10&SiteID=25&localechoice=9&searchscope=allforums&ForumID=-1&ForumGroupID=-1&CSVUserID= ), I bought my PC from Cyberpower INC. (they are on the eligible list). I have ways I can prove this and have sent you an e-mail with some more information. Could you point me in the correction as to what I need to do fix this ASAP.

    Thank you,
