CRM Office 365 - appointments do not sync with local outlook 2013 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Within our company we use Office365 for mail and CRM.  I have the Outlook 2013 client installed on my laptop.  When I go in Outlook to CRM - Synchronise - Filters , there are not defualt filters available.

    When I try to create a new filter based on the query of a collegue who does have the default filters, I press the Save button, but the filters doesn't get saved. I keep getting "No Saved View records are available in this view".

    How can I get the app of CRM Office 365 in my local Outlook 2013?
