Todays out of cycle critical security patch RRS feed

  • Question

  • On Google news, a patch was issued today, for a critical security flaw. I noticed Win 2003 was mentioned as one of the targeted OS's. I assume it was also for WHS, but wanted to be sure. Could one of the team clarify?

  • If it's considered a requirement for Windows Home Server, it will download automatically if you have automatic updates turned on for your server. If you don't have them turned on, you can check for updates using the WHS console.
I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)
