    The notepad text is in Chinese.  How do I change it to English?

    Hi,

    What do you mean by "change it to English"?

    Does it mean "translate Chinese text to English"?
    If so, please use translation service, such as Google Translate, or Microsoft Translator.

    It you mean the notation of Notepad itself (like [編集]-[Edit] or [書式]-[Format]),
    it requires to install English language pack of Windows.
    Which is your Windows, Vista, 7, 8.1, or 10?
