SQL DDL & DML RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I am now taking the MCAS Access 2007 exam. I have database design (diagramming) training and experience. The last couple interviews people ask me about my SQL statement skills. Most of the time I use SQL with studio management express or within other internal applications for queries. I have no SQL "server" experience yet. I have taken two SQL query courses on campus.

Are there any certifications or reputable tests to demonstrate my SQL DDL & DML skills?

What would be a good training course for the next level as a DBA? I really enjoy the problem solving tasks of taking requirements and business rules to create an efficient database design.

    Any comments would be appreciated.
