On Desktop, bottom right corner part of computer tells me "Windows Vista (TM) Build 6002 This copy of Windows is not genuine" RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have an Acer laptop that I purchased from newegg.com about 1 one year ago. It came with a copy of Windows Vista home edition installed on it. I have never had to reformat the hard drive and have never installed any other OS on. I have installed and ran the MGADiag tool and have all of the information copied and ready to give you any time. The validation status on the Diag tool says: Genuine (in green letters). How should I send you this information?
    Thank you.
