That problem was originally discovered while I was on IE10 (on W8) trying to reply as this:
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/ieitprocurrentver/thread/f5494baf-64b6-4d4e-98d3-f285768d9f3f#2d0acb3a-6436-4ac9-9a6e-6392c9c056e4
I eventually got it fixed and posted by using the IE Developer Tools to capture the HTML source from the CTP Sandbox copy and then used the HTML view to "fix up" what I had successfully posted there (but evidently still broken). I had not used
the HTML view while creating the original. It is the forum editor's fault that it is unusable. I am now back on IE9 (on W7) but still can't do anything with it. (I wouldn't want to try using Delete even if it would work unless
I could first get a copy of my HTML to fix it up again.)
Looks like the filter for posting initially is less strict than the one for posting a reply?
In any case I think it is a severe usability defect not to at least be able to do anything to try to fix this as an end user (using any of the provided UI).
