If your PC was bought 4-5 years ago, then it did not originally come with Windows 7.  However Windows 7 is currently installed on your PC.

The Windows 7 was installed without entering a Valid Product Key during install.  This is known as a Keyless Install. When Windows is installed without a Product Key, Windows automatically uses it's own Keyless Install key which acts as a Trial Key. With the Keyless Install key, the user can use Windows for 30 days at which point, the Keyless Install key expires and the Valid Product key must be entered.

To resolve your issue, you will either:

    a) Enter a Valid Windows 7 Ultimate Product Key.

    or

    b) Reinstall the version of Windows that Originally came with that PC. You can get a replacement copy of the Windows that originally came with that PC by contacting the Manufacturer of that PC.

    Thank you,
