My organization acquired Office 2003 from Sommet Group, Inc. or a subsidiary IT XPRESS. They had purchased a contract for unlimited copies of Office 2003 to be installed on their customers computers. We have been using the software for about
2-3 years with no problems.
Currently Somett Group, Inc. is in a state of bankruptcy as it is stated that some employee/employees may have commited fraud againslt that organizaton. Is this why my not not gets the not genuine message?
My company met our financial responsibility to a Microsoft approved vendor and we would like instructions on how to corrent this not genuine situation.
