CRM 4.0 Email Router : some email are not able to reach in CRM RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    we have strange situation, we have installed CRM 4.0 email router to route incoming email from support mail box to CRM suspport queue.

    we have noticed that some of the emails are not able to reach in CRM? is there any way to view email in outlook and tell whether particular email is reached to CRM or not?

    I have checked all the server logs (eventvwr) and not able to find anything at all........
