  • Hello johnjudy,

When at the diagnostics website, and afer running the diagnostics, was the "Resolve" button available and did you click on it, and if so, what happened?

If you did click on Resolve and it did not correct the problem, please click on the following link to start a no-cost WGA/OGA email support request:  https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?gprid=11482&st=1

  • Hello johnjudy,

Please go to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag/default.aspx? and click on Run Diagnostics.

After that completes, restart the computer and retry validation at www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on the Validate Office button.

    Post back with results. :-)
