    After a bit of Live searching, I found out this is a key generated by a program, and is not issued by microsoft. If this was distributed with your computer, contact you PC's manufacturer.

    Please take note we need to get a better understanding of the customers issue and try to help in the best way we can.
    The Diagnostic report is only a report and there are other elements needed to point the customer to a respectable resolutions. What may or could be a 114 Blocked VLK  might not actually be a Blocked VLK. We need to get that facts from our customers to not only better assist them but, you also.
