TV CRM2011 Online-deleting evaluation data after trial RRS feed

  • Customer has finished the CRM2011 Online trial period and wishes to go live. They have entered a substantial amount of their own evaluation data, little of which is needed in the production site. Is there any limitation to deleting this data in order to 'start clean?' Or is the best approach to let this trial site expire and start a new one?

    If there is too much data into the system and it has minor cutomizations then i would suggets you to export the system cusotmizaiton solution including (Auto Number informaiton, Security Roles etc) and start a new subscription and import the solution into the system (after sucsessfully migrating all configuraitons then you can let the exsisting trail expired)

    If there is not that much data into the system then you start delting data from the child records and then rollup upto the parent records (the ideal option is to clean the exsisting envioornment because it already have user configured with approprotate security roles and other configuration is already done inclduign outlook client connectivity etc)
