WinSNMP Port Problems

I developed a WinSNMP agent using VS2008 C++. The monitoring system (NeuralStar), I believe is not liking my response messages because the source port is not 161. Random port numbers are being used. Everthing else on the network that is working always shows the agent's source port as 161. The usual agent SNMP.EXE works fine and always shows port 161 as well. Please help.

Based on the document “WinSNMP Functions” and the thread “SNMP pdu agent address is 0.0.0.0 when trap sent from Vista”, it seems that the Windows Desktop Development Forums will be better. Anyway, I move it to the moderator forum. Thanks for your understanding.
