Hi Everyone,
Are there any free online training courses for SSIS offered by Microsoft?

Only free ones by Microsoft would be found on https://mva.microsoft.com/ I don't think there is a course dedicated to just this but there are a couple of videos that have sections of it which may prove useful.
As for paid content, www.udemy.com/ has some courses on SSIS that aren't all that expensive. You can preview them before you purchase to make sure it's what you're looking for. As well as get an idea for the instructor.

In addition the resources listed, there are also a couple courses on Edx.org that you can take for free in "Audit mode", which include videos, hands-on labs, and quizzes/knowledge check.
Here's one titled "Implementing ETL with SQL Server Integration Services":
https://www.edx.org/course/implementing-etl-sql-server-integration-microsoft-dat217x-5I've taken loads of classes through Edx as part of the Microsoft Professional Program in Big Data and the Microsoft Professional Program in Data Science and really like the format and material.
