I cannot contact anyone "LIVE" to help. HELP!!!!! RRS feed

    My husbands hotmail account has been hi-jacked.  We cannot access his hotmail as all the security prompts have been changed and the alternate email has also been changed.  The problem is that the person who stole this account has sent me a letter at my email asking for money.  We have over 300 client contact info in files and some of those people are likely to send this fraud money.  I filled out form after form last night for over 3 hours trying to get help and I have been on the computer for over 2 hours this morning all with no success.  I have received forms back stating that they are the wrong dept to contact this other dept and have done all the steps they stated I should try.  Something similar happened 2 years ago and I was able to get help then and quickly.  Now you cannot find anyone "REAL" to help. I need help to try to fix this.  ANYBODY out there!!!HELP!!!!!  Now it says it cannot process my form error code 500.
