Hello all!
I have created some email templates for my sales team to use and my boss wants the company logo in the email as well. I cannot find instructions on how to do this. Any suggestions?

The trick with putting images into email templates in CRM is that the image needs to be on the internet so your recipients can see it when they receive the email. If your company's logo is on the web, for example at http://www.yourcompany.com/images/logo.jpg, you can navigate to that address in your web browser, copy the image and paste it into your CRM email template. Test the email before sending it to your customers.

Hi Matt,
I wanted to create email template for opportunity module, which will pull opportunity product info, account and contact info and opportunity related fields. But I couldn’t see the opporutnity product fields in insert/update option in email template.
Is there a way to include opportunity product info in the template. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks a lot,
Uma

I've done what is indicated here but on the receiving end the image comes through as a win.dat file, any idea on what to do to avoid that?Friday, June 11, 2010 1:24 PM
