'More or fewer than two personal queues were found for a user' error in CRM 4.0 RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I have recently imported a new organization into our server and made it as default organization for everyone. For most of the users it was working fine but for some users when they are logging... the below error coming up:

    More or fewer than two personal queues were found for a user

    I'm really not sure what could cause the issue and requesting ur help to resolve it... Thanks.

  • Hi All,

    I have further analyzed the issue and found that for the particular user there are more than 2 records in queuebase table which is not allowed. I have removed those extra records and the user is now able to login successfully.

    But I wonder why this situation arized suddenly.... any thoughts.
