HELP WITH STUPID DEP

  I'm trying to upload pics onto facebook, but every time I try to run the add-on required, I either get the DEP shuting down my explorer 8 or I get something about DrWatson postmortem debugger. I've never had problems like this before and I am becoming seriously agitated. I've tried changing the DEP's settings, but either I'm doing it wrong or it doesn't seem to be working. Help? Please?
