Microsoft CRM Error Report: The request failed with HTTP status 404

I have installed SQL2008 on Windows 2008 with CRM 4.0
All seems to be working except reports.

Default web site is on Port 80
Microsoft Dynamics in on Port 81

I get an error for the URL: http://server/reportserver       Error: HTTP: 404
I het a home page for URL: http://server /Reports/    Page: http://server/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx (SQL Server Reporting Services)

When trying to run a report from CRM I get the following error:
Error Description:
     The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found.
Error Number:
0x80048300
     Request URL:
http://Server/CompanyName/CRMReports/rsviewer/reportviewer.aspx

This guy had same issue. Please look at the server url if you are using right or not.

Hi,
I managed to resolve by changing the port from 81 to 80 and restarting the application pools.
