Marketing in CRM RRS feed

  • Question

Hi - I'm a marketer just starting out with CRM and trying to navigate the Campaign functionality, so this thread will hopefully sprout a lot of info on marketing functions in CRM. Right now I have two questions:

1 - What does MS CRM do when you make "campaigns related"? Does it group costs? or what is the purpsose of that?

2 - For Campaign response - it looks like it is just a percentage you enter in that area, can it be switched to enter in a # of expected leads instead?

    1. Campaigns related is also you can use for cost,  you can customize this as well.

Campaing related is the related activites you perform for run a compaign, like print material, tasks, call persons etc.

    2.  you can add # of expected leads as a entry box. thats customization you can do.
