  • The Key in use here is a KMS Client Key for Windows 7 Enterprise - and you have Office Enterprise intalled as well.

    It's unlikely that you have the necessary permissions to be able to properly fix the problem, so I suggest that you contact your System Administrator for assistance.

    If you purchased this license other than through your employer or college, then you were sold a counterfeit.
