my username and password clear after i restart my computer why?

  sub: When i type the user name and password In the window allocated in msn messenger (live 2009) and  active this option in the box allocated to save the data the user name and password and restart my computer  i fuond those data clear (nothing)
  tell me please how i can fix this proplem
