Unable to install onecare on laptop

  Tried resubscribing (paid). I currently have Onecare on my regular PC, but it will not install on my laptop.

   

  I clicked on "Already have Windows Live OneCare? Install it on an additional PC. " and nothing happened. So I clicked on "Install the free trial of Windows Live OneCare" even though I paid and eventually got this message "One or more components of windows live onecare did not install successfully. Please contact support for assistance in correcting this issue".

   

  What do I do?
