CRM 2011 Diagnostics performance low RRS feed

    We are using CRM 2011 and i suspect we have some bad performance for external users.

    When i run some test with the CRM diagnostics tool i never see Bandwidth over 400 KB/sec when testing on WAN, Internally i get 70-80MB on the LAN.
    In our WAN we use MPLS Verizon with up to 8Mbit lines some location but even here it stops at 400-410 KB/sec, latency is 60-70MS.
    On 4Mbit WAN sites i get 130-160KB/sec 

    I tested outside our network on my private home line, this is a copper based 70/25Mbit line and maximum i get 400KB/sec.
    Our network on main location where the CRM server is located is a 100/100Mbit fiber connection.

  • You haven't actually posed a question in your post!

    Are you looking for comments on the figures? 

    There are so many places where the bad performance could occur but given that you never get a bandwidth more than 400KB/s when accessing over the WAN I would focus your attention on the components between the CRM server and the Internet. Even if you have a high-speed connection to the Internet, the router/firewall and/or other network components could be the bottleneck.
