Add temporary "Moved: " note on moved threads

  If I'm not mistaken, if someone moves a thread, it simply vanishes from one forum, and appears in the new one. It would be good if there was some indicator that a thread has been moved so that anyone looking for it gets redirected to the new link by clicking on the old stub, perhaps prefixed with a tag like "Moved: " or similar.
  
  This is basically what vBulletin does, iirc.
