Email router process name RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have configured the email router (v4.0) on an Exchange box that is using McAffee protection. It has a 'block port 25' rule to prevent mail worms, which has a list of excluded processes (e.g. outlook.exe).

I've tried looking at the mcaffee log to figure out the name of the process the email router is using to connect, but someone clearly wasn't thinking about long filenames when they designed the log, and it's cut of at 'Microsoft.Crm.T' ... not very useful!!  Presumably it's one of the Microsoft.Crm.Tools... dlls or something?

    Anyone have any idea?

  • Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.exe

Is that the process you are looking for?
