windows 7 file thumbnail view

Hi everyone, i've installed on my pc windows 7 to teste this SO, i've found a unavailable way to view files, comparad of previous MS SO's doesn't allow to file thumbnail view files, i use a lot of images files and i don't want to rename file by file, so i want to use the thumbnail view to search quickly some image in folder, does anyone know to apply this method to view images files?How can i send this threads to MS?thanks in advance
