How do I create a view that filtered all Opportunities for my business unit?

  Hello all, my manager wants me to create a Dashboard that shows all opportunities in My Business Unit. How do I do this?

  For instance - anyone that opens the Dashboard will see all the opportunities in their business unit. 

  I know how to create the dashboard but the view - what filtering conditions do I use here?

  I can hard code the value in but I need to allow users to see the number of opportunities for their business unit.
