Unable to open articles in Dynamics 365 Customer Portal RRS feed

  • Hi Friends,

    We have created a D365 trial instance and enabled customer portal for our customer demo. We changed the related web pages of KB article for some changes. Due to that, we got the following error when we tried to open the KB article.

    We're sorry, but something went wrong. Error ID # [13e97c8c-78f7-44ca-8bad-2c9fa52ea614]

    Error ID - 394d2396-7be6-4ee0-bf79-527c8962c7cc. The Webpage you are looking for at /knowledgebase/article/KA-01012/en-us is not found in the English language. To display Page Not Found page localize it in English language.

    We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly. Thank you for your patiencePlease help us to find the issue.

    Again we reverted back the web pages to the original state. But not able to open the KB articles shown in the home page, as href value is missing.(EX: <a class="title" href="">Guide for Security Cameras</a>). We noticed, articles was being populated from then web template, in this case, 'most popular articles web template' and href was populated from "article.url" variable. But not able to find out from where it is picking up.

    Also, not able to directly open the article page using the following link "https://xxxx.microsoftcrmportals.com/knowledgebase/article/KA-01012/en-us". Getting the same above error.

    Please suggest some solution. As it takes another day or two to set up another trail instance with our customizations.
