When you select the regarding field to match with a field in XML sheet (b) a new window opens and asks you to match the tasks to an entity. Select the account and account name field as following screenshot:

Hi,
First import the associated accounts and then import the tasks with its regarding field pointing to accounts. Or you could use multi entity imports via a single file. For the second one, have a look at this link.

Thanks for your replay..
In my case accounts is already in crm, now i want to import task associated with the accounts. Using import data how can i point the task to account. Can you provide screen shot.
