We are using Dynamics CRM2011 with an on-premise server and 3 clients, all Rollup 15. All clients are using Outlook 2010.
After de-activating a contact in CRM and synchronise with Outlook, the regarding contact will be removed in Outlook, which is fine. But this works only for the user who did the de-activation. In all other user's Outlook contact lists, the
regarding contact is still available, but now with an Outlook contact icon (instead of a CRM icon).
Is it possible to arrange that inactive contacts in CRM will be removed in Outlook
for all users?
In CRM settings - Outlook filters - I have defined all active contacts. When I add the inactive contacts here, all inactive contacts appear in Outlook. That's
not what I want.
