    Hi Pavan

    It will be better if you decide in which area you want to become developer.

    Like

    1. .Net Web Developer
    2. .Net Windows application developer
    3. Windows Phone application developer
    4. SharePoint
    5. Business Application like Dynamics
    6. SQL Server Developer
    7. DBA

    After that in each area you will have choice to select your first exam.

    Please let us know which area you are interested then I am happy to reply you detail level and Path of exam and certifications

    If you want to start with SharePoint development, there are plenty of resources you can use. There is a video training for introduction to SharePoint developer platform, enterprise search development, advanced development etc check http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/aa905692

    Hi,

    There are different level of certifications:

    1) Technology Associate

    2) Technology Specialist

    3) Professional

    4) Master

    As a newbie, you need to begin with option 1 or 2. I would recommend you to have at least 1 year of experience before jumping into Technology Specialist or above level certifications. For further details, I would suggest one of the blog post:

    Hi Pavan,

    For you, to start with following exams link I have provided. You should clear following web application exam first

     

    MCTS: Microsoft .NET Framework 4, Web Applications

    Exam 70-515

     

    Once you done with above exam then you can got to SharePoint following exams

    As you might aware, SharePoint has 2010 and 2007 version, so you need to achieve any of one. I think first 2 paper from following is the best option for you.

     

    SharePoint and SharePoint Server

    Certification

    Exam number

    MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Configuration

    Exam 70-667

    MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Application Development

    Exam 70-573

    MCTS: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Configuration

    Exam 70-630

    MCTS: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Application Development

    Exam 70-542

     

    Once you will become MCTS in SharePoint then you should do following exam where one paper (exam 70-667) you have done by above MCTS exam already by that time.

    Microsoft SharePoint Server

    		  

    MCITP: SharePoint Administrator 2010

    Exam 70-667

    Exam 70-668

    SharePoint Configuration

    You should install SharePoint on one of (VM or Real) windows server 2008, then start using it

     

    MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Configuring

    Exam 70-667

    And simultaneously also you should focus on Practice on SharePoint 2010, which will help you to pass this exam in first attempts

    (I think, you need 6 months of experience and training to become MCTS – SharePoint 2010 Configuring)

    Exam 70-573: TS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Application Development

    I think, the Best startup will be to start with .Net Web or .Net window

    in any of branch there is one paper for .Net fundamental.
