My new laptop hasn't updated since January 07. Until this morning, the problem was GWA wouldn't install. I went onto microsoft and validated my Windows, now all updates download but won't install. I get the message ' A problem on your computer is preventing updates from being downloaded or installed. Please help

Your situation does not appear to be a WGA-related issue and is therefore off topic to this forum.

Also, MS offers free support for Windows Updates, just follow the Help and Support prompts while logged onto the WU site to see your phone and email support options.
