hotmail issue account blocked

Is there a way to get your account unblocked? My husband accidently locked my account up when he was trying to get a confirmation from an email that was sent. Now they are having a hard time verifying me and its driving me crazy. Is there a place that i can tell them what emails i have saved or what i have flagged so it doesn't get deleted. I need to get back into my email account badly.

Also you can still switch your Email ID by following the process written in below wiki article;
