How to show the Contacts related Cases in a report in MS crm 2011 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I will go to the specific contact and need to run the report then I need to get the related Cases in report.

    How can I configure this using repoprt wizard.

  • wHEN YOU CREATE A REPORT THROUGH report wizard. Pick contact as a primary record type and related record type as cases. Then write your query and display the fields from case entity. press save

    Then on the report form choose "contact" as related record type and In display in choose "Forms for related record types"

    This will work.
