  • Is License Key City legit? My win 7 pro key has been blocked by microsoft. I payed with paypal so I can report them and get a refund, I hope.

    Windows is never legitimately sold as a key only. The offers for cheap keys all over the internet are all scams.

  • I reported them to PayPal but was told it had been too long (more than 60 days) I was also told I was not the first/only one to complain

    about this type of transaction from this vendor.

    I then called my credit/debit card company and reported the fraud. I have received a complete refund of the money and have

    bought a key from Microsoft.

    All is well now...

  • You bought more than a key.  You bought the software too.  A lot of people make the mistake of not downloading the two .iso files and burning them to dvds.  Be sure to do that.  I suspect that they are integrated SP1 dvds and that is very useful.
