how to fix cmd.exe application error. in windows 7 32bit RRS feed

    hi.

    when i try to run cmd.exe or some other application even some of the windows updates it gives a error the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).click ok to close the application . even my external hardware's are not been installed and the installation fails.

    i am not able to install some applications while some such as games are installed easily

    i have tried

    • windows memory diagnostics
    • error fix software{to fix registries}
    • safe mode
