Stuck inside the blockquote

When I delete part of a quote in new reply edit, I am stuck inside, unable to start typing the reply under the shaded quote.

I look in html, there is <p> </p> before </blockquote>.

I move <p> </p> passed the </blockquote>, then I can start my typing in the clear area under the quote.
