Cannot access user files to obtain favorites and email account RRS feed

    System crashed due to malware. Removed C: hard drive and attached to new machine  thru usb connection to access files. When I try to open "user"  folder I get message that I do not have permission to do so. I click on sharing and nothing happens.  Have scanned drive with numerous anti virus and malware / trojan programs drive appears clean.

    How do I get access to "user" folder?
