I need some REAL help, not the runaround RRS feed

  • I have been working with support for over 5 months, and your customer support still hasn't given me an answer that either works, or makes sense.

     

    please please pleasse please someone contact me and help me fix the problems that I'm plagued with

  • Actually I finally got my ticket escalated high enough where someone called me.  They can't seem to figure it out either.  Has to do with my add only showing up a max of 1 out of 5 searches.  The search keywords are set to exact match.  Not a problem with budget, because I will never reach it, which I have been told is the problem 1000 times over. 

     

    My competitor has no problems, but evidently I do.  Tried everything I've been told, and it still doesn't work right.  And it doesn't have to do with budget or click costs, because it's all set right, and even when I change it, it doesn't impact it one bit.
