Dumpstack command doesnt work as expected when outputting to a log file RRS feed

  • Question

  • When executing "~*e !dumpstack" followed by a command the next command (lmvmclr) is executed prematurely.

    kd -myob -y "Cache*C:\MyCache;SRV*\\myserver\symbols;SRV*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols" -z "C:\Dumps\MiniDump.dmp" -c ".loadby sos clr;~*e !dumpstack;lmvmclr;.logclose;q" -logou "C:\mylog.txt"

This is problematic when outputting to a log file as it appears to close it before it has finished.

    Any ideas?
