    The issue can be caused by conflict. I suggest we delete OGALogon from the schedule task and test the issue. We can refer to the following steps.

     

    1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Scheduled Tasks.

    2. Right click OGALogon.job and delete it.

    3. Restart the computer to test the issue.

  • Request has been submitted. However, it should have been done from the computer with the problem because the last item is to run Microsoft diagnostics.
