Practice Ideas for 70-642 (including R2)

Hello Certification Community

I have searched online and on these forums and couldn't find the answers I need so I turn it to you guys.

Does anyone know of any lesson plans that are created for the 70-642 exam. Lesson Plans would would be like assignments that you would find in school, or specific ideas on what to work on in order to gain the experience required to pass the exams.

I want ideas on the different things that I can try in order to get practice with the material.

I don't mind paying a bit of money if they are quality assignments.
