Hi Windows 7 Validation issues (new to this website) UK

Question
-
Hi, i recieved my windows 7 home premium form someone of ebay today, bought for £75, I wasnt to sure but asked a number of people who had bought off the seller if it was a genuine product and they said it worked fine so i bought one for my new build. Installed it as soon as it arrived and everything ran fine started playing games etc until I came across in the system specs at the bottom saying windows automatic renewal in 3 days and activate now, so I clicked on that and then it came up product ID blocked, Im thinking great why the hell didnt I just buy it off of Amazon for £115. But before I register my complaint with paypal to get my money back and tell the other people who may have been scammed to claim there money back also i jsut want an experts opinion. Im certain it is a fake but heres my report. I also noticed on forums that the 3 digits in the PID can tell you also and mine is near the 230-231 mark that was stated for home premium, mine says 232
Also the unit itself looked extremely genuine was shrink wrapped and had all the usual markings on it, thought I had grabbed myself a bargain, it would be of great help if you could help me so I can buy a new one of amazon and get my money back and start gaming again :-)
Ben

Unfortunately, the Windows 7 Home Premium edition license installed was pirated from a "not-for-resale" MSDN Subscription license. Contact the seller and demand a refund! You can purchase a genuine Windows 7 Home Premium license from the Microsoft Store. You'll need a "Full Version".

many thanks Carey, i thought as much, Amazon will sell full licensed products? as there a little it cheaper :) I have contacted seller, paypal and everyone who has bought them off him letting them know their useless so they may try to get a refund also
Many thanks
Ben
Here's my standard 'spiel' for people in your situation...You need to claim an immediate refund from the vendor - do NOT accept the offer of a new key, and do NOT allow them to waste time with an RMA (all they are trying to do is to get past the 45-day claims window. or avoid you sending the evidence of their crimes to the authorities)
Please read the following stickies....

The pirates have got VERY good at this over the past few years, as the price of equipment for manufacturing the packages drops, and as factories open in less well-policed countries.
