Windows 7 OEM on Dell Not Geniune

Question
-
I have two new Dell Latitude E6510 Laptops that have recently started reporting that Windows is not Genuine.
Sometimes the error will go away, especially if I go to the Microsoft Genuine Advantage website and validate windows, then reboot. Usually after Windows updates are applied the error will come back.
I've also tried changing the product key, and manually entering the windows 7 key that shipped with the system. I then had to call Microsoft to validate it, and everything went through normally.
Invariably, the errors eventually return once again, reporting that Windows 7 is not genuine.
Below are the results I get when I run MGAdiag on one of the systems. I have really only been trying to diagnose and resolve one system thus far. Hopefully I can find a fix and apply it to both once I know that it works.

Hello DanielCsssl,
The mgadiag report is a snapshot of the current state of the OS and Office (if any) installed on the computer. If the nature of your issue is intermittent (as you posted), the mgadiag utility is only useful if run and the report saved or posted while the computer is then displaying the symptoms you are describing.
I would suggest downloading and saving the utility to your desktop, and the instant the computer shows nongenuine, you'll be in a position to immediately run the utility and post the report.

I am closing this thread so when you are able to run a Diagnostic Report, while the Windows is in a Non-genuine state, please create a new thread and post the new report there.

That's better - I can read the whole of this report :)Having said that, I can't actually see anything wrong with it, except for the obvious highlighted area above. this makes me suspect that it's a software problem, possible related to over-zealous security software, such as a firewall (what security software are you running?)Please repost the full report in your new thread, together with the answer to the above question.
