Lost all Microsoft MCP&MCT records from member site RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello all,

What to do? I have lost all Microsoft MCP&MCT records from member site. All my history when started on 2001 until the present, gone. Got a Case No.  from mcphelp@ more than 2w ago. I have sent them lots of screen dumps, information, etc.

Each time they say they are doing something, it turns worst.

    At this moment, nothing help.

Any idea of how to proceed or escalate my problem?

    Thank you.

  • Hello Mike,

MCT@ guys sent a message to me yesterday with great news:

After a short test, it seems all is working as should be again.

Thank you to all those people who contributed with the solution to my case.

    Regards,

    GG

  • Hi,

Two things here. First, I removed the actual case number from your post. You don't want to include sensitive information like this on public forums.

Second, I am going to forward your post to a colleague at Microsoft Learning to see if they can escalate this for you.

Update: I already heard back from my colleague at Microsoft Learning. Someone is going to read your post and see what they can do to help.

  • Hello Mike,

Thank you very much for all your help.

I really appreciate all your advice on what I have done bad with my post.

Honestly, I put all that info here, after being desperate no getting any help.

I should point here that every phone call I have made, always led me to a more complicated scenario with different screens at the moment of log in. The last one I got, throw me a SOAP error as result of a last access code that mcphelp@ people sent to me.

I have stored all the screen dumps just in case.

    Regards,

    GG
